My name is Alec and I am a staff engineering geologist at Ninyo & Moore in Irvine, CA.
I am a Geologist-In-Training working towards my PG license and becoming a project manager.
I bring more value to the projects I am a part of, not just through geologic interpretations. But through budget awareness, positive client interactions, and by being a reliable team member.

Graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a B.S. in Geology Class of 2022

Started my career as a staff geologist for Leighton, Inc from 2022-2023. Trained in HSA drilling, nuclear gauge testing, and as-graded report writing.

Worked as a core logging geologist at the Nevada Gold Mines Cortez exploration program in 2023. The role included logging and preparing cross sections of Paleozoic carbonate gold-host rocks.

I am continuing my career as a staff geologist at Ninyo & Moore. I am responsible for project coordination and execution of field work including drilling, sampling, test pits, perc testing, and site mapping and characterization.
